Individual Trauma Therapy


Do you often feel trapped and emotionally numb? Maybe you are simply going through the motions day after day, feeling like you're carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders, struggling to see the light at the end of the tunnel. You need something to change, a hand to help pull you out of the darkness, or a little hope. That's where I come in.

My expertise includes various trauma treatments such as EMDR, somatic experiencing, parts work, narrative therapy, art expressions, and equine-assisted wellness, which I use to help you create the safety needed to begin healing and process painful experiences.

Taking that first step towards healing is incredibly brave. I commend you for taking this step. Rest assured; you are in control of the pace of therapy. We will work together to increase your window of tolerance and feelings of safety and control within the therapeutic process I'll gently guide you out of your comfort zone because that's where growth and healing occur; however, I will always empower you to stop or slow down when needed.
